Microsoft will unveil its much-anticipated next-generation Xbox on may 21, following months of speculation the company is power train up to announce a brand new game console this summer.

The company sent out media invites today, hinting it might be announcing the
successor to its seven-year recent Xbox 360. a brand new console from the software company can come back on the heels of rival Sony's announcement in February that it'll launch the PlayStation4 this season.

Microsoft's might event are held at its Xbox campus in Redmond, Washington, just a month before the Electronic entertainment exhibition (E3) in la, the gambling industry's largest annual convention, where next-generation consoles are spotlighted.
